Joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1992. Over his career across Tokyo, London, and São Paulo (Brazil), he engaged in food futures trading, food business investments, and food service operations. In 2017, he relocated to Hong Kong, where he led the expansion of Japanese food imports and built key partnerships with major local retailers, restaurant chains, and e-commerce companies.
In April 2022, he founded Food Luck Limited in Hong Kong. Guided by the mission to "accurately convey the true value of exceptional Japanese food to the world," the company promotes Japanese food globally while expanding its restaurant operations and consulting services.
In February 2023, he established the General Incorporated Association Think FOOD and JAPAN in Japan.
