Delivery terms and conditions 

Delivery Schedule:

  • We will deliver on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 3 times a week. 

  • The order cut-off time and delivery date shall be as follows; 
    order by 23:59 Sunday: delivery for Tuesday 
    order by 23:59 Tuesday: delivery for Thursday  
    order by 23:59 Thursday: delivery for Saturday 

  • Delivery is usually between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • The deliverer shall contact the customer directly and provide the actual delivery estimated time range.   

Delivery Areas: 

  • Hong Kong Island

  • Kowloon

  • New Territory

  • Tung Chung/ Discovery Bay/ Ma Wan/ Tai O/ South Lantau

  • Outlying Islands: Delivery is not available for the outlying islands, except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Chek Lap Kok, Tai O, Ngong Ping and South Lantau (including Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Shui Hau, and Tong Fuk).​

Delivery Fees and Minimum Spend:

  • Minimum Order: $500 

  • Free Delivery: For orders over HK$800.

  • Delivery Fee: HK$85

Important Delivery Notes:

  • Delivery service does not offer specified delivery times. 

  • If you need to change an order that is being processed, please also reach out to us (inquiry@foodluck.com.hk) at least 2 working days before the delivery date.  

  • Any delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to factors beyond our control will not be eligible for rescheduling. This includes cases where customers fail to provide sufficient delivery information or fail to contact us at least 2 working days in advance to change the order. 

  • This service is also not applicable to warehouses, construction sites, container terminals, parks, restricted access areas, and overseas locations. 

  • Additional charges such as tunnel fees, registration fees, parking fees, remote area surcharges, etc., may be incurred during the delivery process, and these charges will be collected from the customer by the delivery company. 

  • For office addresses without parking facilities, customers are required to collect the package at ground level. 

  • For village house addresses, customers may need to collect the package at the designated village entrance. 

  • Inclement weather arrangements: Delivery service will continue when the yellow and red rainstorm warning signals are in effect, but there may be delays due to weather and road conditions. Delivery service will be suspended when the black rainstorm warning signal is in effect until the signal is lifted. 

  • Inclement weather arrangements: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is raised before 1:00 pm, we will endeavor the same-day delivery service but there may be delays due to weather and road conditions. Otherwise, delivery service will be postponed to the next delivery date as stated above.  

  • Customers shall allow us to access the designated delivery location and ensure that the recipient is able to receive the items successfully. If the recipient is unable to receive the items at the designated delivery location, the customer may agree to have the products placed at their requested receiving location. 

  • When the goods are delivered to the specified address of the order, the recipient is required to sign and assume responsibility for the ordered products to confirm the transfer of responsibility from Food Luck Limited to the recipient. If the recipient is different from the payer, the recipient's signature also confirms that Food Luck Limited has fulfilled the responsibility of shipping and delivery.
