Using 100% Japan raw materials, "raw" and "steamed" ginger are combined, which have different tastes and effects, to create a strong presence of ginger. 
 
●The white sugar used has the property of cooling the body, so we use beet granulated sugar (sugar radish) to warm up.
●Also uses "steamed ginger", which has a high warming ingredient. The warming ingredient shogaol is about 33 times that of ginger. (Analysis value by the Japan Food Analysis Center)
●All ingredients are made from Japan production, and two types of ginger are used: "raw ginger" made from whole ginger coarsely grated and "steamed ginger" that is steamed and dried at low temperature for a long time.
●It is slowly baked over an open flame and dried to bring out the rich flavor and richness of ginger.
 
How to Drink:
Pour 120-150 ml of hot water into a cup, add one stick of this product, and stir.
