Recommended ingredients: Pork belly or born-less chicken leg, white radish, carrot, shimeji mushrooms, tofu
Recommended finishing: Udon, ojiya, cheese risotto.
How to use: Combine this soup and water (400ml) in a pot and mix well, and bring to a boil. Add all ingredients as you like. Once finished, add udon or other finishing.
